Beginning of autumn is usually time of first sorethroats, colds and running noses. Fresh cranberries, packed with loads of vitamin C, not only helps avoid such infections but also speeds the recovery time. That’s why it’s really worth including fresh creanberries in autumnal menu.
Ingredients (2 servings)
2 cups of fresh cranberries
1 cup of buttermilk, kefir or yoghurt
1 banana
5-6 teaspoons of erythritol – it will be quite tart (or other sweetener of your choice, yet with adjusted amount)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve
