16 Nov Green pea and kale sandwich spread
Simple, healthy and delicious sandwich spread that you simply gonna love 🙂
Ingredients
2 cups of frozen green peas (you do not have to thaw it before use)
2 cups of fresh kale
half of fresh chilli
1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
a pinch of salt
freshly ground pepper
olive oil
fresh bread for serving (preferably sourdough)

Recipe
1. Sautee garlic, chilli and green peas with olive oil
2. Add kale, when green peas becomes tender
3. Sautee for few minutes more
4. Place in food processor and blend until smooth spread is formed (you can also use hand blender)
5. Season with salt and pepper
6. Serve spreaded on top of bread slices
