Kale smoothie a.k.a. green monster smoothie

A glass full of green power is a great, healthy and nutritious option for breakfast, light lunch or post yoga meal. any kale green monster smoothie will not only be healthy but also delicious if you pair kale with orange, nectarine or peach.

Ingredients (2 servings)

200 ml  buttermilk, kefir or non-dairy milk
optionally around 75 ml water
1 large banana
1 orange
1 apple
1 tablespoons of spirulina powder (optionally)
handful of fresh kale – thoroughly washed, stems removed.

 

Recipe

1. Blend all ingredients until smooth (preferably using high-speed blender) and serve immediately
