24 Jul Banana and apricot ice-pops (vegan and sugar free)
If heat wave hits town, home-made banana and apricot ice-pops come very handy. If you choose ripe fruits you don’t even have to use sugar and you can serve them to both adults and children without any guilt, whatsoever.
Ingredients (for 6 Ikea moulds)
3 ripe bananas
8 large and ripe apricots
Recipe
1. Blend banana and apricots until smooth
2. Pour banana and apricot mixture into ice-pops moulds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
