Indian mango lassi

Mango lassi is a classic Indian drink. It is extremely easy to prepare, delicious, creamy and quite addictive. It is perfect as a breakfast smoothie served with peanut butter or tahini sandwich, or as a snack, or a healthy dessert.

Ingredients

(1 serving)

0k. 100 – 120 ml of natural yoghurt, kefir, buttermilk or vegan coconut yoghurt chilled
1 ripe mango, chilled
optionally bee pollen for decoration

Recipe

1. Blend ingredients with a blender until smooth and serve.

2. Optionally decorate with bee pollen
