31 Aug Spicy stir-fry with mung bean sprouts and tofu
The recipe for this stir-fry proves that eating out is a great idea, because it allows you to get inspired and create something delicious, healthy and super extra fast at home. I’m still shocked that this dish is ready so quickly.
Ingredients
(1 serving)
approx. 250 g of mung bean sprouts – you can buy it or grow it by yourself
around 180 g of natural tofu
chives or spring onions, coarsely chopped
chili pepper, chopped into slices (the amount depends on your preferences, I use one, you can use more, or you don’t have to add it at all and it will be still delicious)
soy sauce
sesame oil for frying in a wok
Recipe
1. Heat sesame oil in a wok
2. Drain the tofu well. The better you do it, the more crispy it will be. Then cut it into small cubes
3. Put the tofu in the hot oil and fry, stirring quite often – about 2-3 minutes
4. toss in mung beans sprouts and continue frying and stirring, it should take about 2 minutes
5. Add chili
6. Just before the end of frying, add the chives, season with soy sauce and stir everything well again
7. This dish tastes best when served with jasmine rice
