25 Feb Blood oranges and kale salad
Before spring vegetables hit farmers markets, let’s enjoy this wintry, delicious and healthy kale salad with blood oranges.
Ingredients
around 200 g fresh kale (washed thoroughly, stems removed)
2 bloof oranges, peeled
around 100g of balkan or feta cheese
handful of hazelnuts
1-2 tablespoons of hazelnut oil
pinch of salt
Recipe
1. Place kale, a pinch o salt and hazelnut oil in a large bowl and mix well, preferably by hands, massaging kale leaves, to soften them. Set aside for few minutes.
2. Add remaining ingredients, mix and serve
