Straciatella banana ice-pops (vegan and sugar free)

Straciatella banana ice-pops (vegan and sugar free)

If heat wave has hit also your town, delicious and healthy banana straciatella ice-pops might be the answer. Guilty free sweet treat during hot days.

I guess that I don’t have to write anything about bananas, but cocoa beans deserve an introduction. They are one of the most superhealthy food found on earth. Our beloved chocolate is produced mainly from them, but during production process the majority of all beneficial ingredients are lost. Besides, chocolate (especially milk chocolate) contains also other ingredients such as emulsifiers, fats or sweeteners, that are less than superhealthy. Raw cocoa beans on the other hand contain high quantities of magnesium, antioxidants, phenylethylamine as well as anandamide. That is why cocoa beans have lots of health benefits. They may act as an anti-depressant and stimulant stronger and healthier than coffee. They clean out toxins, ease  menstrual cramps, relax muscles and strengthen bones. Moreover magnesium contained in the raw cocoa beans has a positive effect on the brain, heart or intestinal peristalsis. Do I have to write more…? 🙂

Banana straciatella ice-pops are not only vegan but also sugar free (they contain natural sugar from bananas though), so they are perfect not only during heat waves but also are a great treat after exhausting yoga classes. Since they are sugar free they are also perfect and healthy treat for children.
